Adult Character Dance

All cultures express their joys and sorrows, love, excitement, fear, spirituality and core values through dance & music. We people feel a need or desire to acknowledge, express and celebrate their cultural heritage.

Character Dance offers a unique opportunity to display the wealth and beauty of our combined cultural heritage in a professional, visually exciting and moving stage performance art.

On this Character Dance Workshops we will be exploring different styles and expressions of many nationalities, through a technical class and creative dance routines. From Northern and Eastern Europe to Asian inspired movements, we will engage ourselves in learning experience respecting and preserving the history of folk dance.”
This course is ideally suited for Intermediate Level Ballet Students or those with intermediate level Jazz or Contemporary training
We recommend use of black canvas character shoes, lower heels leather or canvas shoes.

Clothes: Black leotard, tights and skirt preferably (optional)
